• My name is Sierra Ireland and I will be your child’s teacher for this year. I am so excited to work with you in order to provide your child with the best education possible.

I from Superior, Montana. I am proud of my small-town roots and understand the importance of community, especially in the classroom. I participated actively in my school where sports and extracurricular activities shaped students’ lives. I furthered my education at the University of Montana where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. During my time at the university I worked with many different classrooms, this provided me with a diverse experience with many different types of students and educators.

Throughout the year students will dive into curriculum set forth with opportunities to show their knowledge in different ways. I understand and respect that each student learns and expresses themselves in many different ways. It is my goal as your child’s teacher to provide them with different strategies to do so.

I am aware of the kinds of impact teachers have on students’ lives. With that being said I am huge supporter of frequent home-school communication. My hope is that throughout the year we can establish open conversation about whats happening in the classroom. By doing this its my desire to help you feel as though you are apart of your child's education so you can support your students learning at home and in the class.
