The St. Regis School Library and Community Library is located at the front of the High School

We have over 15,000 books and media items for your viewing pleasure

We are a part of the Mineral County Public Library System and can get the books you want to read!

 School Library hours are M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 Community Library hours are Tues & Thurs 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.

And Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 Emily’s Fortune           by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor         ages 7 – 10

An orphan sent by stagecoach to a distant relative befriends a street-wise boy.  When she receives an unexpected inheritance they must deal with another relative who discovers her fortune.

 Fallen               by Lauren Kate              ages 12+

(First in series)  Luce’s time in a strict boarding school is brightened when she sees Daniel.  Daniel however, stays as far away from her as he can anxious to keep a dark secret.  A page turning thriller that is exciting and darkly romantic.

(If you like Junie B you will love Frannie!)  Frannie just wants a job so when her class is visiting the local radio station and the radio host has taken a break, Frannie jumps right in.  Of course she has to fix the problems she creates.

 Magnificent 12: The Call             by Michael Grant         ages 10 – 14

Getting picked on by the school bully is no fun until you actually save his life.   Now he is Mack’s protector, especially when he is discovered to be one of the Magnificent 12 from a 3000 year old man who appears in the boys bathroom.  Humorous story.

 Puddlejumpers                        by Mark Jean & Christopher Carlson       ages 10 - 14

(Originally written as a screen play) An abandoned boy, Ernie, who grows up in an orphanage is sent to a working farm as a last measure.  The town has an unsolved mystery of a kidnapped baby and Ernie sets out to solve it.  Along the way he discovers a whole new land of little people who appear through puddles.  A strange connection exists and more mystery leads to further adventure.

(will probably be a series - Diary of a wimpy Kid style)  Space aliens disguised as two fifth-graders and a hamster who talk like TV commercials have just joined Michael K.’s class.  Can life get any weirder?

 Turtle in Paradise         by Jennifer L. Holm        ages 8 - 12
